DPS’ investment in two state-of-the-art IQF blast tunnels allows for high-output, high-volume freezing without ever sacrificing quality. Our dual blast tunnels are capable of freezing 120,000 lbs. of hake in an 8-hour shift.
Once through the tunnels, our glazing tanks further ensure the quality and longevity of all our frozen products.
